For the first time today, we opened the doors to the terrace and to the outside world, the sun shone and we basked in its late winter warmth. Spring is in the air at last.
Great news, it is confirmed that we will visit a chicken factory in Bresse on Monday and we will be taken to a farm also. Bear in mind these are said to be, in some circles, the best chickens in the world and grace the tables of many a Michelin star restaurant.
I had head down bum up all day taday and wrote for most of the day, it was great to be productive.
